Once you feel that your crystal or gemstone jewelry is heavy with stagnant energy, it is time to give it a cleanse. There are many ways to get rid of the energy your crystal piece has absorbed. My favorite way is to light a small piece of Sage or Palo Santo and let the smoke run through my crystal to clear it from any negative energies. If Sage isn't an option or you have run out you can also use other crystals to clear and recharge your piece, such as Selenite, Quartz clusters and Citrine.
You can also place your crystal inside a singing bowl to cleanse it. Play the singing bowl with your piece inside. Its frequency will uplift and cleanse your stone. Lastly, I like to place my crystals under the moonlight during a powerful full or new moon to clear and recharge it.
